We’re going to talk about something a little deeper & darker today, something known as the Jezebel Spirit. It is complete opposite of the Holy Spirit and is named after a horrendous woman. Therefore, the Jezebel Spirit is one to stay away from in all senses.
“This evil spirit has been responsible for not only tearing down churches, pastors, and different Christian ministries, but it has also been responsible for breaking up many marriages, friendships, companies, along with getting many people to commit cold-blooded murders and suicides.”

The Jezebel Spirit is a demon who is intelligent and cunning, who enters into someone and destroys their life. Not everything in Christianity is rainbows and butterflies. If we believe in God and Heaven, so too must we believe in demons and Hell.
“This spirit is much more intelligent, cunning, and seductive than many of the other types of demons will be. It will thus be capable of playing more than one type of game with you.“

The Jezebel Spirit is seductive. Named after Queen Jezebel in the Old Testament, the Jezebel Spirit excels at manipulation.
Matthew 12:43 explains how a demon is cast out with no where to go then finds its previous host. However, this time it returns with more demons more evil than itself and enters the body of the person. Now, the person is worse off than before. If you do not believe me, take a look for yourself.
“When an evil[a] spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, seeking rest but finding none. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the person I came from.’ So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order. 45 Then the spirit finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they all enter the person and live there. And so that person is worse off than before. That will be the experience of this evil generation.”

Queen Jezebel was responsible for:
Jezebel took the throne with King Ahab during a time of political uncertainty in Israel. She worshipped foreign idols and re-introduced them to Israel (1 Kings 18), she slaughtered the Lord’s prophets (1 Kings 18:4), wrongfully killed a man to take possession of his vineyard (1 Kings 21:1-22:53), threatened to kill the prophet Elijah (1 Kings 19), and murdered anyone who protested her introduction of Baal worship into the kingdom. So, this Queen was the epitome of evil. She also therefore died in a horrible way. This spirit is a full of seduction & cunning and intelligent deception and manipulation. It tears apart families, marriages and churches. Do not allow this evil spirit to tempt you in any way. Stay far from it.
Once again, many denominations appear to be split on the defining characteristics of this spirit, but it does seem to show traits of hatred, seduction, calculation, and manipulation, similar to Queen Jezebel herself.
